Work Package 6: Dissemination – Summary
Specific Objectives
WP6 aims to:
- Promote the Robo STEM Academy results and increase awareness of digital transformation in education.
- Demonstrate the project’s robot-based educational tools to improve digital readiness, resilience, and capacity, particularly in VET and secondary education.
- Showcase innovative content and methodologies to teachers and trainers in partner countries.
- Highlight the educational value of STEM while linking it to cultural heritage and fostering inclusion and diversity.
Main Results
- Improved awareness and understanding of digital readiness and transformation across schools and institutions.
- 8 dissemination activities: 7 in-person events (3 in Bulgaria, 2 in Romania, 2 in Slovakia) + 1 continuous online dissemination stream.
- Participation of at least 290 individuals across the 7 events.
- Ongoing dissemination activities targeting over 100,000 people annually and 500,000 total reach via online platforms, websites, media, and social networks.
- Expansion of the Robo STEM Academy network to include 30+ additional institutions from at least 5 more EU countries.
Activities Overview
- Activity 1–3 (Bulgaria): Led by the National STEM Center, IICT, and Nikola Tesla Academy. Public, academic, and community events involving Bulgarian teachers, students, and Ukrainian learners.
- Activity 4–5 (Slovakia): Led by TUKE and SPŠE. Academic event for researchers and community event for students and parents.
- Activity 6–7 (Romania): Led by ANBPR and Liceul Tehnologic Cezar Nicolau. Public and community events targeting educational institutions and local communities.
- Activity 8 (Ongoing Dissemination): Led by all partners; includes a project website, partner institutional websites, media outreach, and publications in English, Bulgarian, Romanian, Slovak, and Ukrainian.
Expected Results
- EU-wide visibility of project outcomes.
- At least 75% positive participant feedback per event.
- Significant increase in traffic to the project website after each event.
- Enhanced cooperation between institutions, teachers, and students on STEM and digital topics.
- Development of a cross-country community of practice in Robo-STEM.
Indicators
Quantitative:
- Number of participants per event.
- Event duration (minimum 90 minutes).
- Website traffic increase (min. 10% after each event).
- Minimum 50% of participants completing evaluation surveys.
- Minimum 3 questions asked per discussion topic during Q&As.
Qualitative:
- Participant satisfaction (minimum 75% positive feedback).
- Analysis of feedback identifying at least one improvement area per event.
- Quality of presentations, materials, and organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Bulgaria (NSC, IICT, Nikola Tesla Academy): Host public, expert, and community events; coordinate national dissemination.
- Slovakia (TUKE, SPŠE): Host academic and community events; extend outreach via academic and alumni networks.
- Romania (ANBPR, Liceul Cezar Nicolau): Lead national dissemination and host events with media coverage.
- All Partners: Contribute to ongoing dissemination via websites, publications, and social media.
